ODD JOBS
Every once in a while, I'm needed to help with an odd job or other random favors...in this case, I was the only one in town with keys to access the {broken} hot water heater...So, I met the property manangers a few times to help them restore warm water to the 6-unit bldg. Anyway, not trying to brag or anything, but I'm kind of a Big Deal.
